Return & Refund Policy – SynMotoWorks

Registering a Return

Want to return a product? No problem! You can register your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email the following to info@synmotoworks.nl:

  • Clear photos of the product you wish to return

  • Your order number (found on your digital invoice)

  • A brief explanation of the reason for return

After reviewing your request, we’ll let you know if the return is approved.
Note: Products that have been used or installed cannot be returned.


Shipping the Return

Once your return is approved, you will receive a link from us to create your own return shipping label. You can then ship the return to the following address:

We recommend using the original shipping box. Remove the old shipping label and place the new label clearly visible on the package.

Important:
Since we send invoices digitally by email, please include a note with your name and order number inside the package. Without this information, we may not be able to process your return.

Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. If the item is damaged or incomplete, we will contact you.


Important Notes

  • Did your order include a free product, but you are returning part of your order and no longer meet the minimum requirement for the free item? Then you must return the free product as well. If not returned, the value of the free product will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns are entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping. Please pack your return securely and seal the box properly.

  • Returns without identifiable information (such as your order number or name) cannot be processed. In such cases, the risk lies with the sender.


Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason. After cancellation, you then have another 14 days to return the product.

You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your own expense (average €5.95 – check with your carrier for current rates).

Please return the product, if possible, complete, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged, we may apply a reduction in value. Make sure your return is well-packed and sealed securely. Any damage or loss due to poor packaging is the customer’s responsibility.


Exceptions – Custom & Made-to-Order Parts

Please note: Custom-made or made-to-order products are excluded from our return policy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Parts with custom dimensions or modified shapes

  • Personalized products (e.g. with engravings or custom color options)

  • Products made or printed specifically on request

Check Your Order Upon Delivery

Is your order damaged or incomplete? Take clear photos of the product and packaging immediately, and contact us within 24 hours via info@synmotoworks.nl. Report any damage or missing items as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Please be aware that with 3D-printed products, small imperfections—such as minor surface lines or texture—can occur due to the printing process. These minor 3D flaws are normal and not considered production errors. They do not qualify for return or replacement.

In the case of major 3D print defects that clearly affect the functionality or appearance of the product, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Minor variations in color, shape, or finish do not entitle you to a replacement. We also cannot process returns that arrive without prior notice or without identifiable information.
