Shipping Policy – SynMotoWorks

At SynMotoWorks, we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly and safely. That’s why we do everything we can to ship your package with care and efficiency. Below you’ll find all the information about our shipping options, delivery times, and conditions.

Order Processing Time

Since all our products are custom 3D printed and made to order, we cannot ship immediately after your order is placed. The processing time depends on the workload and the type of product you ordered:

  • Standard products: will be printed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 4 business days.

  • Custom parts: these need to be specially designed and produced for you, which may take an additional 1 to 3 days before printing begins. Please take this into account when placing your order.

Shipping

Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packed and shipped via our reliable partners DHL or PostNL. We ensure that your package will be delivered as quickly as possible.

Delivery Times

We only ship on business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped during weekends or on national holidays.

The estimated delivery time depends on the processing time plus the carrier’s transit time, usually 1 to 3 business days after shipping.

What if a product is unavailable?

Since all our products are custom made, we don’t keep “stock” in the traditional sense. If unforeseen circumstances cause a delay, we will keep you informed. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the amount for that specific item.

Risk and Ownership

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you as the customer at the moment of delivery to the address provided by you or an authorized representative.
